The hot gas meter adopts the internationally leading COMSens ® The MEMS flow sensor technology serves as a gas flow detection component, and the measurement software meets the anti tampering requirements of the EU WELMEC 7.2. The entire series of products have obtained the EU MID certificate; Suitable for measuring various types of natural gas in low-pressure environments. Working principle

The flowmeter adopts the internationally leading CMOSens technology MEMS thermal gas flow sensor as the gas flow detection element. As shown in the figure, the sensor includes a micro heater and a pair of symmetrically distributed upstream and downstream temperature sensors. At zero flow rate, the two temperature sensors are in the same temperature field. When gas flows through, the temperature sensor detects a change in the temperature field, which corresponds to the flow rate.
